Amazing Bagel

A toasted whole wheat bagel topped with pesto, raw garlic, red onion, tomato, sprouts, fresh mozzarella...and bacon if you are feeling a little more carnivorous. Bake in the oven @ 425° until the cheese is warm and melty.
